A professional asset management application for an electronic recycling company. It was designed to reduce the time spent auditing by standardizing and regulating the entire auditing process. We set and completed deadlines, so when the application was released, it was competitive in the market. We maintained a strong working relationship with the testing company to ensure quality at every turn. I was responsible for technical design and programming.
- Automated uploading capabilities to be used with other data tracking services
- Uses a local or remote custom database to store audited items, user accounts, audit classes, and jobs groups
- Integrated admin accounts with detailed control over the database
- Jobs are clearly labeled with useful information about the job’s status
- Easily able to track SCR COMPUTER recovered memory and processor
- Asset ID, Class, Weight, Manufacturer, Model Series, Model Number, Part Number, Serial Number, Customer Ref Numbers, Grade, and Location are all entered by the user
- Manufacturer, Model Series, and Model Number “auto-fill” based on previous database entries
- Easily able to duplicate previous item fields
- Does not allow mutable of the same Serial Numbers and Asset IDs
- Tracks and exports detailed total weights for any job
- Advanced find and replace options for items in the database
- Custom text filters for textboxes
- Detailed review screen
- Item and weight exporting options in .csv file format
