Feedback batch #1 (2022-Aug)

I figure creating every issue for every bug found might be too much, so let's create a "Bug batch" or "Bug list". This is a list of bugs in August 22. It will be expanded more and patches will be rolled out as time goes by. This list's purpose is for tracking minor fixes only.

1. Staff, who is member of org A, can add org A to Contest prep by Staff

• Comment: get_visible vs get_editable problem.

2. Should not show Submission from Contest which is not visible to Staff, even though Problem is visible.
