Switching to wayland/sway

• scrollbar at the side does not catch at the outermost pixel
• seafile applet has to be ported
• telegram desktop doesn't startup properly
• albertlauncher opens but does not interact
• enable tray icons
• xautolock/swaylock replacement
• wallpaper support

gammastep works fine as a redshift replacement.

If you've got any other fancy software for wayland, please let me know. I want to have another try around new year's eve and finally switch.

mako works well as a dunst replacement -- I believe the authors of mako and dunst are collaborating to bring Wayland support into dunst, so I like to think they'll be merged into one in some far-off future.

That aside, a couple of exports did make make several apps behave properly.
