Partially working SDL2 binary

Depends on having SDL2 frameworks installed from the SDL website. Try running it from the command line to see the BIOS ROM loading process.

Please note: lots of features are missing/hacked out of this from the real QUASI88 version. I strongly recommend you use the Homebrew quasi88 package and only try this one if you are having problems.
