AmazonCloudWatchAgent templates are outdated #397

The templates in the AmazonCloudWatchAgent directory are outdated and the AMI Ids referenced in those templates does not exist. Some of the templates can be consolidated (for example redhat and suse) by consolidating the linux distribution into a parameter and referencing that in the template.
