You Can Still enter the "help" command to view this commands while working with the OS.
Baisc Knowledge of Terminal Commands Can also help you here its just that i made them easier and more readabale i guess
cd <directory_name>: Change the current directory to the specified directory.
ls: List the contents of the current directory.
mkdir <directory_name>: Create a new directory with the specified name.
pwd: Print the current working directory.
cp <source_file> <destination>: Copy a file from the source path to the destination path.
mv <source> <destination>: Move a file from the source path to the destination path.
rm <filename_or_directory>: Remove a file or directory.
cat <filename>: Display the contents of the specified file.
touch <filename>: Create a new file with the specified name.
writein <filename>: Write text to the specified file. (Press Ctrl + S to save and exit)
download <url>: Download a file from the specified URL.
help: Display a list of available commands and their descriptions.
whoispoco: Display information about the developer.
back: Navigate to the parent directory.
..: Navigate up two levels in the directory hierarchy.
rename <old_name> <new_name>: Rename a file or directory.
zip <zip_filename> <file1> <file2> ...: Create a zip archive containing the specified files.
unzip <zip_filename>: Extract files from the specified zip archive.
view: Print the directory of the current file for viewing in a web browser.
