Prerequisites

Description

When making an indented try: except: statement auto-indent moves the except line one tab left.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a loop.
  2. create a try/except with one statement on the same line as the try like: try: foo=bar
  3. Hit new line and create an except: when you press the : button, the line will move one tab to the left.

Expected behavior: line will not change tab indent

Actual behavior: line moves one tab indent to the left

Reproduces how often: always

This has been discussed on the atom website discussion thread and confirmed reproduced by more than one person. https://discuss.atom.io/t/atom-1-20-1-line-tab-moving-when-editing-line-in-python-mac-os-high-sierra/52714/10. There is also video of another tab-indent problem which comes from if/elif lines on youtube here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9LklzQ8n0hM. The problem was isolated to MagicPython package.
