[BUG] Disabling bilinear filtering on movies don't work

Is great to see here's an unpdate 1.18.74-ar9 today, many thanks!
Many times I've tryed to fix some 'problems' believing is a cfg problem (my own user problem).
But now like I see you release this little update, I'll try to report more bugs (I'm doing the same to Piccu Engine).

Well, the bug:
When you try to disable that 'blurry' effect applied to movies changing the Hires Movies=0 parameter in config\descent.cfg file
the filter still persist because d2x-xl redo the parameter to Hires Movies=1

I think this is a bug.
Or, maybe Hires Movies means other thing?
I don't know.
