Security: @apostrophecms/ai-helper 1.0.0-beta.8 prevents unauthorized use of openai

Version 1.0.0-beta.8 of @apostrohecms/ai-helper contains the following updates:

• Security: Apostrophe now checks to make sure the current user can edit at least one type of content on the site before making calls to the OpenAI APIs. Upgrading is recommended to prevent unauthorized generation of text and images.
• Updated to use the gpt4o text model by default.
• Image model can be explicitly specified and defaults to dall-e-2. Note that dall-e-3 does not support variations in the same way, so the current UI will have to change if that feature is not added upstream.

Please Note: there is currently an issue with image generation. When an image is generated and added to the media library it is not visible in the media library right away. You can work around this by closing and reopening the media library to select the image. This is a separate issue in Apostrophe core and will be resolved independently.
