Terminal.app on MacOSX 10.7.3 doesn't set themes with :settings

tab "rails s", :settings => 'Grass' do

end

doesn't set the Grass theme for the new tab in the Termnial app (MacOSX 10.7.3). Instead, it either opens it with the previous tab settings or with the default ones (depending on what is set in Terminal app preferences).

Doesn't work on 10.6.8 either, even with the OS X core.
