Option to stop scrolling when end of text is reached, and restart after delay

I'd really love an option to have the text stop scrolling when the end of the text is reached, instead of continuing to scroll until the text is gone. Then, after an optional delay, the text could either start scrolling the other way (?) or be repositioned back at it's starting point, and start scrolling after the initial delay again. Any chance of this?
