PauseOnCycle Problem

I need to stop the texts in my code before starting a new cycle as long as delay before starting.

I saw that you have the "pauseOnCycle".
I have set the value of this feature to true(Boolean).
But it still does not work for me
Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?
Is it possible to solve this problem?
