Need to call dec_ref after del_context?

I'm writing a new Julia wrapper for Z3, and I'm trying to understand how reference counting works. The documentation says I must call Z3_dec_ref for every AST object once it's no longer needed. But if I just delete the context with Z3_del_context, will that also free up the memory for the AST objects?
