标签数据是 OpenDigger 项目中的重要的数据资产，持续对标签数据进行细分与自动化标注，可以更好的服务各类指标数据服务，扩大 OpenRank 的影响力和应用场景。

为了 9 月份外滩大会上中国开发者榜单发布的完整和合理性，我们（PS. 感谢韩博 @PureNatural ）拉取了2024年前7个月的 gloabl openrank top 1万的开发者数据，并标注出了其中的 378 位中国开发者，具体数据见表单：
