Amplitude in Gaussian Focusing.

While using the technique for focusing a Gaussian beam as suggested in the manual and also in one of the example input deck, does one need to multiply the amplitude by w_0/w_bnd? Suppose I want an electric field amplitude of 9E13 V/m at the focus of the gaussian beam, do I need to give in the input deck as amp = 9E13*(w_0/w_bnd)?
