Add Fabulous as an option (1 tick mode)

To explain,
I have guns on my server which fire quite rapidly.
The plugin I use (WeaponMechanics) has a feature that drops a torch for one tick
That feature is for Optifine users and works fine there

This mod would be a perfect choice, if it had such rapid torch recognition. Right now it only sometimes light up when a player shoots, even when fancy is turned on in settings

I kindly ask for an option like Fabulous (1 tick = 1 light update) to be added :)
