Solace PubSub+ New Java API

Hi!
Thanks for reaching out and showing interest in this sample.
While the PubSub+ java api can already integrate with Spring boot, I realize that it would be useful to have some sample code which demonstrates this.
I am already picking this up and the new sample code will be a part of the repo at : solace-samples-spring.
I expect an initial commit to come early next week. Keep an eye out.
