1. Using impermanence in polaris …

   Migrated manual source link for NetworkManager connections to pulsar.
   Added impermanence to polaris.
   Made `/` a 4 gigabyte tmpfs dir.
   Set partical directories under `/` to be presisted under `/persist`.
   
   NOTE: Had to manually migrate files over to `/persist` on polaris.
