Adding a "Maintenance" section, similar to https://www.researchobject.org/ro-crate/specification/1.2-DRAFT/provenance.html and https://www.researchobject.org/ro-crate/specification/1.2-DRAFT/root-data-entity.html but considering what is needed for future maintenance.
