Add monitoring for the cluster

Add netdata as a solution for health monitoring for the cluster. Also has a plugin for JMX so can set it up for kafka metrics too.

If we add netdata, the same security measures as #135 should be implemented.

Netdata is ready to go solution and works great out of the box, however, Prometheus is more suitable for serious monitoring as it is part of graduated projects of cncf.io and has lots of integrations via exporters, also adding applications internal metrics is easy because it has a library for most of the languages.
