Sleep-wake dynamics

Some numerical models for sleep-wake dynamics.

Currently supporting:

  • Barbely two-process model
  • Robinson-Phillips (PR) model

Installation

Add the project's folders to your Matlab's path.

Usage

See the contents of ./scripts for examples.
