• Plan meeting with maintainers to discuss onboarding and clear expectations, and plan next steps
• Add project representative to Technical Committee
  • Add to invitation for weekly meeting
  • Add to official list of members
• Move repositories to OpenRail Association organization on GitHub
  • License review (see https://github.com/OpenRailAssociation/compliance-assistant)
  • Move the repos
  • Set up teams/people/collaborators with access to the repos
• Review repos and make sure that they have necessary files (CONTRIBUTING.md, CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md, MAINTAINERS.md, etc.; see project templates)
• Add project to web site

I added CONTRIBUTING.md, CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md in this pull request osrd-project/liblrs#58

I think that governance and maintainers depends a lot of OpenRailAssociation. In which order should we do it? First move the repository and then add the maintainers to https://github.com/OpenRailAssociation/openrail-org-config/blob/main/teams/osrd.yaml or should I already add them to that file?
