Description
The user cannot select a datastore in the import app form after having a validation error.

To Reproduce

Log in Sunstone
Go to the apps section
Select an app and click on Import into datastore
Click Next on the first step
Click Finish without select a datastores
Try to select datastore

Expected behavior
Datastore has to be able to select after a validation error.
