OCA/OCB v16

Two issues...

  1. No map view
    before an order was created, there was no map view:
    the following came form inspect feature of chrome... attached png
    no map visible

  2. Error uncaught promise after an order was created:
    UncaughtPromiseError > TypeError
    Uncaught Promise > Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'getSource')
    TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'getSource')
