Add helper text for MI URL form field indicating that "https://" is needed

Would be nice to have helper text that states how URLs should be entered (the website form won’t publish if the URL doesn’t include the https:// portion)

Current:

The form field is open

• Seems like curators sometimes add urls without the https and get errors

Ideal:

• Helper text that reminds curators that urls should include https://
• Or maybe we change the form so that it works without having to use https
