New MC Truth for StrawDigis

This is a breaking change. There is new MC Truth for StrawDigis. You can still read MDC2018 era files using the MDC2018 branch.

Trigger improvements from Giani

Last commit prior to breaking changes that change the MC truth for StrawDigis. So long as one does not look at StrawDigi MC truth objects, then the new code can still read MDC2018 era files. There is a new branch, MDC2018 which is guaranteed to be able to read MDC2018 era files. In general it will not keep up with changes on master.

Upgrade to art v3_04_00

This release moves to art v3_04_00, which brings a change from python2 to python3. The python dependency comes in via pyroot support in root.

Last commit with art v3_03_01 and python2

This tags the last commit prior to the upgrade to art v3_04_00. It is also the last commit in which were are using python2.

Tag for producing a resampled CRY events

Following the merge of pull request #57 Yuri is ready the do a production run of resampled CRY events. The fact that the CORSIKA related merge ( #51 ) was done earlier today is incidental to this tag.

Upgrade to gcc v8.2.0 (e19)

This is the first working commit after the upgrade to gcc 8.2.0 and some minor following fixes.
