Without any content/modules/wireframes designing a website will be out of bound initially. @GeekyShiva ensure that you provide some starter content or wireframes so that the development can start.

• Instead of starting up with templates I think it's better if we design using UI starter kits. A template will not be a good idea for as Technical Fest showcase website. Below I am listing (listed according to my wish rank) some starter kits which I had found out recently. Do check out them and share your opinion.

Best design development from my opinion would be UIkit + Metro UI. Share your opinion so that development can start early.

• Why accept the pull request only after deadline ?. Let's setup a live website from a repo and update day by day code in that repo by which live changes can be made to the website. This helps the developers to understand what's going and where he/she can contribute right away. Also, developers can divide the tasks which make the project run faster. If any issues regarding this point do share it.

The PR is accepted all the way from right now on the development branch and the live setup will be done once we start receiving any updates from the developer community who are willing to contribute to this.

In the meanwhile forking and localized testing is preferred to streamline the process.

Ok, if everyone agrees we can start from scratch but remember the deadlines 1 june , we have to release website @PrateekJha07 @chaitanyachavali , what you guys think??? will you be able to complete coz technically we have 4-5 contributors working on this .....
