Hello, I am addressing this issue due to the boots not working as intended.

Hi. I see nothing in the log file or in your mod list that stands out as causing this issue. Can you please explain how the boots are not working right? or better yet the name of the mod that's causing the issue?

The best way to find the mod that's causing the issue would be to remove a few mods at a time, say like 5, and after each time test if it's still broken, and if it is, remove 5 more until it is fixed and then go through and individually add the last 5 mods in until it brakes again.

I have found the cause of the problem, but I don't know if it is possible to fix it. I'm going to give it a go, but if I don't release a fix in the next week-ish, then there's nothing I can do about it and It will have to be fixed by the developers of Not Enough Gamerules.
