GMM folder contains the GMM files which has some extra info in there. Furthermore the driver docde (emDriver.py) will run the program from start to finish. The other two .py files are just classes with functionality. Finally, the modelImages were just images we had in our report.
The UNet folder contains the Uniet code with the the various components required to operate it.
