- Make sure whatever you buy has 2gb of ram!
- Currently the a95xf1 seems to be the most reliable
- We have had a lot of good experience with the X96 mini until recently. See FAQ #6 for more info.
- The R95S seems solid too, but has less testing
- Half of the T95s1 boxes have been coming unable to flash, I no longer recommend this box. See the Device-list for more boxes.
We have worked on some mostly pre-configured ROMs for scanning with MAD. Here they are!
The first step is to download the right ROM for your box.
Click releases to find them.
I Recommend the USB burn tool but you have 2 options for windows and one for Linux/osX:
- Windows: USB burn tool README and download
- Windows: Burn card maker README and download
- Linux/osX: Make your own boot card manually with directions from here
- If you have a T-95s you want this README
- If you have a X96 mini or a95x f1 or probably some other s905w boxes you want this README
- If you have a R95S or probably some other s905x box you want this README
- If you have issues, please see the FAQ
All of the READMEs were added to the git instead of the wiki so that you can submit PR's to make things better. If somebody has fixes or updates for the READMEs or wants to add pictures to them, please submit PRs. Also please help fill in the FAQ!
