Plugin no longer works on particular websites (Chromium-based browsers only)

Multiple reports of the Mltshp plugin for Chromium-based browsers (Chrome and Edge) no longer working on certain websites.

Firefox plugin allegedly still works, though this will require testing to confirm.

MacOS Catalina 10.15.7, Chrome Version 95.0.4638.69.
500 error while using the extension on specific sites. Test example: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Hspchips_(cropped).jpg
Reproducible in different profiles.

I have three PCs. The two of them that the extension doesn't work on are Windows 10 Home 21H1, 19043.1348.

The working one is Windows 10 Pro, same build number. (21H1, 19043.1348)

Right-click "save this image on MLTSHP" doesn't even open the extension window with the button to save the image.
