Carnival

This is the first open beta release of the event management plugin.
The functionality is lined out in the README.

Compared to version 1.0.0 which you can still find under the v1.0.0 branch the following changes were made:

• Schema optimizations
• Added field for links in locations table, can be used for venue websites or map provider urls
• Representation of location links in card details modal

Please create issues if you encounter bugs or have ideas for additional functionality.
