We should re-add our Kubernetes installation guide.

The quickstart-setup scripts are exclusively for Kubernetes+kind, so we should:

Change the nav, add a Kubernetes entry, re-use the existing single/multi cluster setup guides for kind+Kube.
Write an equivalent vanilla Kube installation guide
can be done quickly, 2. will take a little time.
