Weather uses the Yahoo weather API, see https://developer.yahoo.com/weather/documentation.html
Is this "precipitation forecasts" supported by it? If so,please go into detail how this feature should work/look. Add mockups.

Yahoo's response body doesn't include data for precipitation. However, you can get it from the Weather Underground API.
An optional option to show precipitation data in small font along with temperature of each day should be the goal I think.

All the "free" API have a lot of limitations just read the terms of use

From the Weather Underground site:

To improve our services and enhance our relationship with our users, we will no longer provide free weather API keys as part of our program.
