1. Unzip SA-Emoticons-Adium.zip from http://sae.tweek.us/ into the bin/debug folder.
   You should have bin\debug\SA-Emoticons.AdiumEmoticonSet\Emoticons.plist if you did it right.
2. Run exe.
3. Upload all the images and the generated sa_phpbb.pak to phpBB.
