NEW X button for Heroes and Allies to remove them from the current game
NEW tooltips for the icon buttons along the bottom of the mission screen
NEW if more than 5 heroes/allies are in the Hero Panel, they can be scrolled

Fixes

-Clicking the Health icon of an ALLY now properly REMOVES it from the current game instead of just marking it as wounded
-Imperial actions now properly target ONLY healthy Heroes and any allies, if any exist
-Random deployment now draws from the proper groups of cards
