Better Questing's main UIs do not rely on an item or block that could be easily lost but instead through a single key binding (defaults to ~) which can be found and changed through the vanilla controls menu. Pressing this key will bring you to the home screen where you can manage your questing party, view questing progress or change the current theme.

When opening the questing screen you'll notice a list of available quest lines on the left side of the screen and an open area on the right. After selecting a quest line you'll be able to drag around the box to view all the quests available. You can zoom in and out with the scroll wheel.

If a quest line on the list is grayed out, it means its an inactive quest line. You will need to complete other quests to activate it and be able to complete the quests in that quest line.

There are two buttons in the bottom right of the quest area: a chest and full screen. The chest allows you to receive the rewards for all completed quests. The full screen button scales the questing area back to default so you can view all the visible quests at once.

You can see here that Getting Started is the active selected quest line and you can see the quests for that quest line. The Hunter's Path is an inactive quest line and Colonization is an active quest line.
