Show start screen (optional)

As a CMS User, I want to be able to select if a multi-step form should show an initial start screen with the shareable link and optionally it's password.

This screen should be the same as the screen when a user wants to save and exit.

When a user sees this page, an initial, empty, partial form submission must be created for the user to continue to the actual form.
