Summary

When this is referred to from further down, you would expect a single region definition yaml file to be provided. Not the three region one which is wha tis referred to in this paragraph.

Expected behavior

Need a single REGION yaml - it might be confusing because its possible region is used in two different contexts. Either way it needs clarification.
