When screenshot is present, chart errors still are shown #88

When there is a screenshot for a trade and a chart error was shown on the last view the chart error shows below the screenshot.

I am working on this, I think I have a resolution.

Moved chart error variable
df2ad1e 
Moved the variable to track candlestick chart errors to the outside of try-catch so it doesn't show when screenshots are displayed.

Fixes Eleven-Trading#88
