Windows exe "description" far from useful

Describe the bug
The current windows exe description is "Downloads commodity market and other station data from the game." This is very useless in task manager.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open EDMC
2. Open task manager
3. search for market

Expected behavior
One result, it being the edmc

But actually there's no result, because taskmgr uses the description as the app name:

The current long description might be better moved to comment, while description says "EDMarketConnector" instead.
