I recently found your Project and decided to use it for my Obsidian notes workflow. So I can generate a static version to host.
But I found the need to exclude specific files or folders.

Doctave sadly doesn't allow ignoring specific folders, is it possible in the future to make a .doctaveignore?

Could you elaborate a bit about how you're using this with Obsidian? I'm not really familiar with that tool.

Do I understand correctly that you have a folder with a bunch of .md files in some file hierarchy, managed by Obsidian, and you want to only include some of them in a Doctave site? So essentially using Doctave and Obsidian from the same folder?
