As of #211 we have tested rotation snapshots in hyperion and they work fine and there is now a gda.mx.hyperion.rotation.snapshots.enabled property that will turn on doing the snapshots. However, GDA will also still be doing the snapshots.

Acceptance Criteria

  • When the property is enabled GDA no longer takes snapshots for rotations
  • If there are other things GDA was doing in this time a new ticket is spun out
