Updated Installer Release

This release introduces an updates installer that moves over to an executable, versus the previous version firing off the Python script. This was done utilizing PyInstaller. This should help resolve any potential issues firing things off from a shortcut (either in start menu or on desktop), since previously this references PythonW and a path to the script.

Also the script has been modified slightly, so that encrypted/decrypted folders and files are created in the user's Documents folder, under LilPGP.

Still no guarantees here. Things may definitely still explode.

Initial Installer Release

This release introduces an installer (created with NSIS) that should hopefully handle prerequisites for running LilPGP. It should also create a shortcut on the desktop for easy execution.
