Very high number of bus stops per ward

Finding the number of bus stops per ward outputs nonsensical results. For e.g., Hemmigepura ward, ward number 198 has 858 bus stops in the ward. Mallasandra, ward number 18 has only 2 bus stops in the ward. There are many other examples of wards having more than 400 bus stops. Need to have a look at the way we are doing this correctly.

Tracking the issue further. I have the following statistics:

1. Number of bus stops in total: 57575
2. Number of unique bus stops: 6145
3. Number of bus stops when adding the total bus stops in each ward: 91014

Addressing the third point in the above comment, I have fixed some part of the code.
Number of bus stops when adding the total bus stops in each ward: 3444. Need to figure where the remaining bus stops have vanished to
