Introduce indicators on the available index range within the LB.

Simplest:
Latest - Newest timestamps

It would be really great if this could be shown in easily-understandable units like seconds or milliseconds, maybe in addition to ticks...

Grafana can take care of the ticks -> SI unit conversion, I think
