fix: upgrade GraphQL schemas, fix tests, bump version to 1.0.0-alpha293

 - CMS urls were changed in af07ac9 but
   the GraphQL schemas weren't updated
 - update GraphQL schemas by running "yarn generate:graphql"
 - fix incorrect kultus test image url & incorrect kultus CMS menu name
