IPv4 Multicast Option(0x14) in Option Array can't be displayed

I'm using notify-sample.cpp to test IPv4 multicast on Ubuntu. However, the Type in Option Array from Offer packet I captured always shows 0x04: IPv4 Endpoint Option instead of 0x14: IPv4 Multicast Option. Am I doing something wrong? Some advices could really help. Thx
