Create documented example using NSIDC data stored on jk72 to load and analyse sea ice by sector (given sector boundaries) and produce comparison plots.

We can probably put the data on ik11 to make it easier to share. Its also possible to access acros the cloud (as done in https://github.com/COSIMA/cosima-recipes/blob/main/DocumentedExamples/SeaIce_Obs_Model_Compare.ipynb) but this is not always very effective!

Yep, Will has moved the data to ik11 (/g/data/ik11/observations/seaice/NSIDC_v4)
