DeltaCD produces mixed sign output

Files produced from DeltaCD appear to produce values that drift to the wrong sign. So let's say seepage/diversions are supposed to be positive. I am seeing small negative values. It would be nice to have a quick check that any wrong sign values are small and then if they are to ts.clip(lower=0.0).

File I was looking at was DCD_hist_Lch5.dss

If DeltaCD is protected from doing this and it is just a DCD issue, feel free to close.
